Waste Reduction and Recycling Plan 2022-2025

As a result of recent government changes, the Department of Energy and Climate (DEC) is currently updating our Waste Reduction and Recycling Plan.

Until this is available, we continue to follow the former Department of Energy and Public Work’s Waste Reduction and Recycling Plan 2022–25 (PDF, 495KB).

This aligns with the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011 and supports our commitment to Queensland’s Waste Management and Resource Recovery Strategy.
